Who this is for

Care built around a single, lasting commitment.

Long-term Care is for anyone who needs consistent, professional support at home over an extended period.

01

Elders with long-term conditions

Diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, COPD, arthritis, kidney disease, and similar conditions that require ongoing monitoring and care.

02

Patients with limited mobility

Those who are bed-bound, recovering from a stroke, or have reduced independence and need daily physical assistance and supervision.

03

Those with memory or cognitive decline

Patients with dementia, Alzheimer's, or general cognitive decline who need a structured routine and a consistent, familiar carer.

04

Post-surgery or post-hospitalisation recovery

Patients discharged from hospital who need skilled nursing and rehabilitation support at home before they can manage independently.

05

Family members abroad

If you live overseas and cannot be present, Long-term Care gives you a professional team on the ground — and full visibility through the Saibaan app.

What's included

A full clinical team, delivered to the door.

All care is delivered at home. Depending on your parent's needs, we provide one or more of the following:

Full-time attendant

NHS-trained

A dedicated caregiver present around the clock. They assist with daily activities — bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility — and ensure your parent is never alone.

8-hour shift nurse

Daily

A trained nurse assigned for a full shift each day. During their time with your parent, they:

  • Monitor vitals — blood pressure, blood sugar, oxygen, temperature
  • Administer medications on schedule and track adherence
  • Dress and care for wounds, bedsores, or post-procedure sites
  • Manage IV lines, catheters, or feeding tubes where required
  • Spot early warning signs and escalate to the doctor
  • Update care notes after every shift

Doctor at home

On call

When a clinical assessment is required, we send a doctor directly to your parent's home.

  • Conduct a full physical examination
  • Diagnose and treat acute episodes
  • Review and adjust prescriptions
  • Order and review blood work or diagnostic tests
  • Coordinate with specialists and update the care plan

Physiotherapy

As needed

A qualified physiotherapist visits at home to support mobility, strength, and pain management. Sessions are scheduled based on clinical need.

All services include real-time health updates on the Saibaan app, medical record management, and 24/7 emergency response.
